📦 Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

🚚 Delivery Time:
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after processing, depending on your location and the product ordered.

📍 Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

💸 Shipping Costs:
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

We want you to love every item you get from Roman Gear™.
If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered.

🕒 Return Period:
You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

✅ Condition:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

💰 Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is approved and inspected.

🔁 Exchanges:
If you need a different size or product, we’ll gladly exchange it within the same 30-day window.

We’ll provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or send out your exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Processing times for refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
